About the role
You’ll help the team move faster with confidence — building automation and quality systems that reduce regressions and improve release predictability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation suites (UI/API as needed).
- Partner with engineers to define quality gates in CI/CD.
- Improve test reliability, coverage strategy, and reporting.
- Help define release readiness and regression workflows.
- Champion quality practices that fit a fast-moving team.
Requirements
- Experience with test automation concepts and frameworks.
- Comfort testing APIs and/or web UI flows.
- Ability to diagnose flaky tests and improve reliability.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Playwright/Cypress/Selenium experience.
- CI integration and quality gates knowledge.
- Basic observability knowledge (logs/metrics).
